The runway show was hosted inside an oval room, one that resembles the interior of a spaceship with lights constantly morphing before the start of the programme like a session of chromotherapy. Fendi’s latest haute couture showing by Kim Jones certainly had light in mind – a sense of lightness in the fabrication to be more specific. Guests were treated to a range of lingerie-inspired looks that were more often than not shimmering with its metallic characteristic. That said, the Fendi front row wasn’t light on star power with a focus on strong women such as Sarah Paulson, Kerry Washington, and Milly Alcock.
