The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe will have its soft openings in mid-October

Breakfast at Tiffany's has long imprinted the image of the iconic Fifth Avenue Tiffany & Co. store as the ultimate experience for the long-time Tiffany patron. And more than 50 years after the Oscar-winning film changed the world (and midtown Manhattan), lucky New Yorkers (and Tiffany diehards) finally had the opportunity to grab breakfast outside the flagship store at the landmark Tiffany Blue Box Cafe beginning last year. But for those who don't call New York home and possibly live halfway across the world, the dream remained a distant vision on a television screen. Jealous Tiffany-lovers abroad, your dream has come finally true: Starting mid-October, after some great manuevring by Tiffany & Co., the brand is hoping to bring a slice of that Tiffany pie from the bright lights of New York City to the shimmering districts of Hong Kong. That's right: This coming fall, the Tiffany blue will be opening the beloved Tiffany Blue Box Cafe which will only be the second the world has seen and the very first in Asia, located in Hong Kong's bustling Tsim Sha Tsui district in One Peking Road. History-making aside, it's also a chance for people outside of New York to step into the shoes of Audrey Hepburn and experience that exact same feeling that has led long-time Tiffany lovers to come back again and again – just like in the movies. And for people looking for a casual history-breaking afternoon bite during the day, reservations for the cafe can be made online starting mid-October, where you'll not only get to use Tiffany-made utensils, you'll also be getting a taste of some of the same pastries that Audrey Hepburn once tasted – not a bad afternoon proposition at all. And to everyone that's looking forward to it, you won't have to wait for long: The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe will have its soft openings in mid-October.
